In Search of Snowdrops
Not a real deer (I wish!)...but one of the lovely woven sculptures at Pensthorpe where B and I visited today.
We were photographing snowdrops, I find it so difficult to capture their beauty in a way to do them justice. I try every year, but they are so difficult to photograph well. B did a splendid job, see her blip here (in extras):

I have added one of mine in extras, and a photo of the now (tragically rare) Turtle Dove, not in the wild but kept in an aviary at Pensthorpe, it was wonderful to see and to hear it trilling to its mate, and sounding like a Trim phone (only those of us of a certain age will remember those).
