Water! Water!

All the Mallard in the area seemed to have found this patch of open water in the frozen loch and were enjoying a bath and preen in the sunshine.
In my garden, the birdbath had defrosted and a Blackbird found it. The snow has continued to thaw but is still thick in many places. Temperatures peaked at 6.5C!
