Hayling Island

Hannah was a wee star this morning and happily played downstairs with Ethan this morning when they both woke up, letting Virginia and I have a lie-in!

Poor Virginia wasn't feeling at all well today but was still determined to go out and about with us on our last day with her. So we all went to the funpark at Hayling Island. Ethan enjoyed a trip on the light railway although I would say from the expression on Hannah's face, she was bored rigid during it!

After fish and chips, they both had a whale of a time going on the rides at the fairground although we only had time to let them go on a few before Virginia had to take Ethan and I to the station to catch the train to Gatwick.

One Easyjet flight later and we were back in Edinburgh where hubbie was waiting to pick us up. Ethan wasn't impressed that he wasn't getting to go home, but normal Sunday service has been resumed and he is staying over with the Foreveryoungs tonight.
