Hit Me Baby One More Time

Oops she did it again. etc. etc.

Audrey slept through, except for a teeny little murmur at 5am. I woke up six times again and my husband hardly slept as he had a rotten cough but nonetheless, we are understandably delighted. Waiting for our luck to run out but I think that's just the heavy dose of realism you get from having a baby!

Had the morning with my princess then it was off to a pub in Castlefield (see pic of cobbled street) for a training afternoon by a fireplace. Really enjoyed it and can definitely feel a few cogs starting to move in my baby-addled brain which is promising.

More work tomorrow as Gemma is here to look after Audrey. Have started not liking anyone except family looking after Audrey lately. I don't know what it is. I just feel funny when someone else has her. A maternal heart wrench. But I have to stop it as I need to seriously explore childminders and nurseries for next year soon. I can't work a day (or so) a week forever....worst luck. Bills to pay and all that!
