Day 345 - First Confession

My oldest son is taking his first Holy Communion next year. As part of the preperation he attends weekly classes after mass on a Sunday. Tonight was the first big step towards his Holy Communion. He attended his first ever confession.

It was a lovely evening and so nice to seeMikey and all his friends take their confession. I was amazed as Mikey wasn't nervous at all, think I was more nervous than he was. I did find the whole evening quite emotional to be honest, he doesn't seem old enough.

So I decided a blip of the inside of our parish Church St John the Baptist would be appropriate. It was a hurrid shot with the compact.
