My Christmas Manger Scene

This is the manger scene I had as a child. My grandfather built the stable by hand out of brazilian pepper wood for me. It is not the fanciest, but is has great sentiment for me. The ritual of setting it up is one of my Christmas memories. It is made of plastic, so it was safe for a child and then children and now grandchildren to play with. And they all seem enchanted with it and the Christmas story of a birth long ago!
