We’re up early enough. I’m heading back to Kirkurd. Angus and Hamish will loiter and then head for town. Claire is going out on RNLI exercises. The weather is perfect.
I meet Mark at Sainsburys. We talk Solaris, stamps, and seaweed.
At home, I prune the remaining espalier apples. It’s warm an sunny when I start, cold and wet when I finish. The clippings still need to be burnt. Robbie has replaced his piano. The tuner says that burning would be the best thing for the old one.
