Five things I have learned from Vicky.

1. It's not often you can say that someone is brilliant and really mean it. It's extraordinary when we can.

2. Being inspiational is more than just how you are, it's how you make others feel, how you leave people. It's a gift you give. A legacy you leave.

3. Ideas are the same. It's not all about having them it's about how you get other people as excited as you are about them.

4. Taking risks and being brave are good character traits and should always be pushed and explored.

5. Other people are exceptional and together we are stronger.
