Happy Valentine's Day

They say the way to a man's heart is via his stomach. (Or is it the other way round?) Anyway, Valentine's Day seemed a good day for a blackberry and apple crumble. We picked the blackberries six months ago, on 17th August, and froze them the same day. I love having summer/ autumn fruits out of season. We also enjoyed unseasonably warm weather - incredible for halfway through February, isn't it!

Now off to line dancing, leaving my Valentine to catch up on his recorded TV backlog. Thank you for all the kind comments and sparkles on my yesterblip.
