Robin's serenade

... drew my attention to the mimosa flowers in this tree in our village. At this time of year, we're often in Madeira. The knock-on effect of last year's health issues has stopped us heading to Funchal for the first time in seven years. So this warm weather, combined with flowering mimosa (such as we see in Madeira at this time of year), has more than compensated. And we didn't even have to go through airport security to enjoy blue sea and skies to match. Feeling very blessed.

Another nice surprise today was opening the Dartmouth Chronicle - our local rag - and seeing my photo inside - the 'cathedral of clouds' that I blipped last month. It was at the head of the Letters page. Well chuffed!
