Love is in the air ?......

A day of this and that.
A morning meeting with Cemex and the Estate factor to discuss how much land the sand quarry need this year and when the next phase will be restored to agricultural use. As a tenant farmer you more or less need to do as you are told , but hopefully the land will be put back in good order when the quarrying is all done.
An afternoon spent building more lambing pens in the shed. The chaos starts one month today, can’t wait (not !)
Did my usual valentine ritual of nipping out at 6.30am with a pair of scissors and getting a bunch of snow drops. Did however break with my skin flint home made card tradition and splashed out on a proper card.
For a change Mrs F got me one back .
However , after 20 years of wedded bliss, the cards sum up our life quite nicely !
