The clouds factory

Driving back up North today. I always enjoy seeing the immensity of the mighty Ferrybridge power station right by the A1(M).
But in today's freezing, though clear, bright weather, the steam from it's cooling towers looked like a sci-fi cloud factory, making it look extra special. Maybe these clouds of vapour do become rain showers somewhere?
