The Newcastle Track

There has been more than 50 Km of new tracks (trails) in our area this year and walkers and bikers are all rapt.
The Boss has become backup "B" team leader assistant or something. He was not there when this was decided and acyclinggranny had something to do with it I am sure but anyway this track is on the list for next Monday so The Boss and ME thought we would go take a look. The track runs from Albertown to The Red Bridge on the opposite site of the Clutha to the existing one which has been the source of a few blips in the past. And as you would expect the view is different and often from a higher perspective.

So we walked and photographed for a couple of hours upstream this morning and gave it the big thumbs up.
