Paperbark trees
A busy day today dealing with accountancy stuff (ugggh) and xmas shopping in Grafton. Heading back and not far from town I noticed this stand of Paperbark trees (from the species Melaleuca). They are not looking too healthy though and a lot of the big old ones further along seem to be bare of leaves - not sure why but a lot of them are covered in vines which may explain it perhaps.
PS if you look in large you may see the papery bark peeling off in layers hence the name.
