Sports picture for class

Ouch! I didn't get a name! I was just messing around for this picture. I went to Hickman High School to photograph a baseball game--something I'd been looking forward to all week--only to get there and find that the game had been cancelled, again, because of wet fields. Our "sports" picture for my photojournalism class is due tomorrow, and I desperately wanted to do BASEBALL, my favorite sport by far. Near the (empty) baseball field was some track meet, and I took a few shots for the heck of it, then I had to run off and cover a meeting for the newspaper. I thought I was screwed as far as a picture for tomorrow's class, but then it turns out that this pic looks okay. However, the fact that I have no idea what this/who this is, is going to cut my grade in half...

Comment:
I had a really wide aperature (5.6f, 1/3000 of a second), so the "winner" is crystal clear and the loser white girls are blurry (haha). I like this effect and I think I did a good job on it. Of course, there has to be a pole coming out of someone's head (far right) or it wouldn't be one of my pictures. Stupid poles.
