Fun Packed Day

Today we got the bikes off road to do some real mountain biking (at a very basic level, but it all counts) to visit the ruined village of Slaggan (today's Blip) and a quick look at the beach in Slaggan Bay.
Next up was a late lunch at the fantastic little Bridge Cottage Cafe in Poolewe (amazing food and proper hot chocolate).
Next up was a trip to visit the other beach at Redpoint (we visited the first one when we visited the area back in November). This beach is apparently a favourite of The Queen and you can certainly see why - it's probably my new favourite beach too. It's too big to Blip properly, but my extra Blip for today gives you the idea.
