Sunset over Bridge of Allan

After the fourth and last bank in town closed there was much speculation as to what would occupy the empty premises.

Another coffee shop?
Today I learned it is an undertaker.
 
We now have two undertakers, solicitors, two churches, an Abbeyfield home, and hotel, all within five minutes walk of each other.
 
Oh yes and two charity shops for house clearance.
 
Is Bridge of Allan (population 5,000) turning into a “one stop” town for the end of life?
