The Kitchen Sink

Short of a blip tonight I went to the kitchen sink.
 
This is the result. It’s a shot of our colander with some food debris.
 
Had my first session in the gym at the Peak Sports centre. Don’t know whether it’s intimidating or inspiring to be surrounded by so many young and fit people.
