Folly Run

A change of direction for today's run, heading up through Shipley golf course, to Cottingley woods and on up to Harden. Despite this folly actually being quite close to home, I've only ever seen it in photos till today. An easy paced 8km run, followed by a sauna and yoga, then home to finish a few chores before pick up. So nice to be out even without the sunshine.
