Hamnavoe at Night

A fairly calm day, mostly cloudy, with the odd sunny spell.  A breeze tonight.  

Another day working on the museum desk, and a quiet morning to start the day.  There was an event for the launch of a new website this afternoon, and more visitors too.  After work, I was taking a few photos for a local magazine, people shots.  Most of my weekend chores done this evening, picked up niece Elise, and then mam and dad popped by.  Quiet night by the fire now. 

I had to pick up Elise from her friends house, she had been over for tea.  It was a fine night, so we took Sammy for a walk around the village.  All was quiet, but we did pass a few other folk out walking dogs too, which kept Sammy happy.  Looking down on the Hamnavoe shop and post office, my car on the right, and over the village, Burra.
