Duckets

Years ago the company I work for came up with the idea of giving out "wooden nickles" to improve morale. The tokens were supposed to be given to workers who went above the call of their job. Supervisors carried them [or didn't] and were responsable for their dispursment. Duckets could then be turned in at the company cafeteria for free deserts.
Like all such subjective programs, the thing caused more problems than it solved and was allowed to die a silent death.
I was cleaning out an old locker I hadn't been using and came across these.
