BONBON

A visit to Manchester and a fabulous introduction to the new chocolate shop and cafe in the Northern Quarter.
Bonbon opened this week (by appointment only) and has as good tasting chocolates as I've ever tasted.
They also do a hot chocolate which is just great chocolate and water with salted caramel for sweetener, a magnificent drink.
All the chocolate goodies are made on the premises by chocolatier Gerry.
It opens proper in february and is a must visit if you're ever in Manchester.
