Mt Gold - Cavalcade Day 3

Another challenging day, including a climb up Mt Brown. The magnificent views of Lake Wanaka far below made it well worth it.
Our woolshed abode for our last night was at Maungawera Station, and was the scene of dancing & revelry until midnight! I have to confess that I didn’t make it till midnight. Somehow I slept through the band’s music.
