Grand Parade - Cavalcade Day 4

Our Grand Parade was indeed Grand, with hundreds of horses, wagons, walkers, trampers, bikers & runners.

These Clydesdale horses are from Erewhon Station in Canterbury, and are truly magnificent.

We Walkers all enjoyed our challenging walks and found the scenery and each other’s company really rewarding. Such a super activity to have participated in.
Maybe I’ll do it again next year!
Organised by the Otago Goldfields Heritage Trust, it’s an annual event.
