No Exit

I met my friend for breakfast at The Delaunay on the Aldwych this morning. It was good to catch up. And also a very nice breakfast. To get into the office I then walked up Drury Lane and Long Acre to Covent Garden tube. This is some of the original tilework in the passageway.

Separately and very sadly I have just heard from my colleague Tony Burke that our good friend and other colleague Colin Gleeson lost his battle with cancer earlier today. Their office was next to mine and I will always remember his giggle filtering through the wall. He was a lovely man.
