I'VE DONE IT. I'VE DONE IT!!

WEEK 40: lost 1 stone 5 pounds (although that's my blip loss cos when I came up with this mad idea I was 15 stone 10 pounds...so lost 1 & half stone!!)

AIM: to stay this weight (give or take a pound)

Now comes the biggest challenge....seasonal festivities including 4 family birthdays! I've got 6 celebrations in the next 7 days....wish me luck. I will just be happy if I'm this weight by the first week in January!!
