IT'S JUST OK!

WEEK 41: oops put on a pound
AIM: to try to stay sensible!!

Can't believe I've only put on a pound after 2 family celebrations and 2 work parties and a meal with friends!!!!! Had to do lots more exercise to counteract all the food and alcohol so pretty please!
Just hope I can be good over Christmas....have allowed myself 1 more pound but that's not much...fingers crossed.
