Inappropriate signage?

I'm not sure if this is a sign inviting passers-by to stop and watch the children or should it say 'watch out, children'?

Perhaps, and probably being rather too topical for a blip, the world would have been better for some if there had been some notices up which said 'watch but don't touch children'?

Maybe someone could fix-it to make it say that?
