Palatinate Food At The Christmas Party

At the Christmas party at work I choose my dinner only for blipping purposes:

On my plate you can see (anti-clockwise):
- Bread with walnuts and with peppers
- Potatoe puree
- Sauerkraut
- Leberknödel or palatinate: Lewwerknepp (liver dumpling)
- Pfälzer Saumagen (stuffed pigs stomach from the Palatinate - the delicatesse our former chancellor Helmut Kohl, from the Palatinate, offered to all heads of state and important visitors from all over the world). Check the link, if you like!

It tastes so much better than it looks!
Beer would go better with it, but I started with red wine before I knew what's for dinner.
