Volunteers All!

It was a wild and woolly parkrun this morning and, despite most of us wearing several layers, we were pretty well frozen by the time the last runner had crossed the finish line. Still great to see over a hundred folks braving the weather and still smiling as we encouraged them around the course.

Back home I uploaded my photos and had some lunch then Jen picked me up and took me to my haircut appointment, thank you Jen.  It was good to have a couple of hours to catch up.  Tony has been running in an urban orienteering event in Sheffield in that awful weather so glad for the cuppa and hot bath on his return.
