Orchid

Thank you so much for your kind comments yesterday regarding my back - you are most kind! I now have an appointment with the physio on Monday. In the meantime, it's not too bad, so long as I don't sit in a comfy chair! I've stayed at home today and spent most of the day doing general tidying and sorting - the right kind of activity to keep my back moving without overdoing it. The sunlight on my orchid beckoned my camera :)
