Mono Monday ...Deliberate

Bright and blustery, but thankfully dry today.  I went into Bristol for a mammogram, self care is so important for our physical health, no matter what our age......so that was a deliberate action on my part, as well as the deliberate action of pressing the button at the pedestrian crossing, to enable me to cross the busy road safely.....thanks to Apollofly for some interesting challenges this month :))
