Wide Wednesday .....Favourite Activity

A perfect spring day today, even though it was still a bit windy, and I felt so much better.  Did a few jobs in the local shops and had a chat to one or two acquaintances, collected the current book from the library for the reading group, 'The Constant Gardener', John Le Carre, should be a good read, then a lovely gentle stroll around our beautiful park, just off the high street. Took this shot from the road which crosses over it, and the river Chew. I even sat for a while, warm in the sunshine, and the birds were singing all around........perfect. Supermarket on the way back, and now for some cooking........thanks to Steveng for hosting.
