Wow, Daylight!

I actually snuck out of work an hour early tonight and found all sorts of things that I normally couldn't see in the dark. It's been a really busy couple of weeks and I found that today I couldn't seem to do much of anything right so I figured that being gone for an hour couldn't hurt and very possibly might help.

This was the strangest cloud. It was flat on the bottom and very long -- it just hung over the bay and looked a bit like something out of a science fiction movie. I half expected a big old round spaceship to suddenly drift out of it. I don't know which movie I saw something like that in - maybe "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" or "Independence Day"- I can't remember. Anyway, it was fun just chasing it along and taking a bunch of pictures. I think it's supposed to rain this weekend so blipping may be more challenging, but at least it won't be dark.
