From the rectangle window

I was interviewing this morning - I'm getting a half time secretary, so we were interviewing for the post. It was a good day. Windy - it was strange driving to work as there were so few lorries as many routes were closed to high sided vehicles. 

The picture is the view from the building we were interviewing in. I spent most of the afternoon in a quality meeting, which was very useful. There were some good discussions, and again, I feel I'm a little further forward.

Had to drive home straight afterwards, trying to make the School Governor meeting. I missed the Joint Review Group, but made the main Governor meeting. We have high hopes that the next OFSTED will be good.
