A host of partially flattened daffodils!

Had some cards to post, so in spite of it still being very windy I decided a walk down the village was in order. Carried on past the Post Office to have a look at the daffodils which grace the sides of the main road each spring. Unfortunately, due to the gales and heavy rain we have been experiencing, many of the flowers have been battered as you can see on the left of the photo. Lots of photos taken, but liked the tree roots on this one. Others of our village and park in extras if you would like to see them. I particularly liked the shadows on the road from the tree branches.
