Somewhere I went....

is the challenge for today. My apologies for showing you another painting, but I don't have much enthusiasm today. Along with the rest of the world, I am having difficulty dealing with the events in CT yesterday.

This is Split Rock Lighthouse, and I chose it because it represents a happy time...a vacation with outdoorguy and his wife...and the first time I ever saw this gorgeous lighthouse. I have to keep returning to this place, as it holds a bit of magic for me. I've visited four times now, and can't wait for number five.

We had a wonderful time with friends last night, and this weekend I have to finish 6 scarves commissioned by my daughter...so I will try to keep in touch between projects!!
