La Dernier Pomme
The Last Apple
After days of B&W only and snapping shots on the way to work, I decided to try and take lots of shots of one subject.
The last, wrinkly, tired old apple that remained in the fruit bowl became my unwilling still life (just) subject. I took loads of shots. Some with and some without flash, some narrow, some close up, some wide angle.
It was refreshing to take the time to really look and see the shot, move the subject and anything in the background, shoot from a different angle.
Perhaps not as dynamic as those street shots, but definitely more thoughtful (and more colourful too)!

LOTD: I like the gentle sleepiness of Something to Remember's Weekend blip - the muted tones and vignetting are great.
