A Night at the Snow Village Inn

Dear Diary,

I met friends at the Snow Village Inn in Eaton, New Hampshire last night which isn't too far from my house.  There was an art opening being held and it was such a nice evening of great art, great food and great talk.  One needs these sorts of nights from time to time.

But the lovely night is followed by the horrific news of the mass murder of 49 people in Christchurch, NZ today.  The wave of hate and white supremacy has crashed over that beautiful country and my heart breaks for the wonderful people of NZ.  I follow a blipper there, Tussocks, and it makes the tragedy more personal for me.  The world has gone completely mad.
