Walking the Streets

Woke up to the terrible news from New Zealand, thoughts with all who are affected in Christchurch and New Zealand.
Senseless.
Took Elaine home then called in at the gym on the way home to do my mini session and to see my friends who l normally do aerobics with, l do miss seeing them.
Then after a quick shower we got the train into Leeds and walked through the centre to meet my daughter who was finishing work early so we could go to the hospital with Mr P.
A lot of complex and at times difficult information to digest as we were talking for over an hour.
We finally left at dusk, more hospital visits in the next few weeks, again nothing but praise for the NHS.
We are both okay but I just need a few hours to think things through about today’s discussions and developments, so l’m turning my comments off tonight but will be looking at your journals and normal service will be resumed tomorrow x
