Chilly and Grey (Day 1410)

The morning woofer wander was a little different from the norm with Sigyn managing to find, catch and murder a couple of voles. Talisker arrived at the scene of both murders late, but assisted in the "making sure the vole was properly dead" role.
Back at home I got on with a bit of paperwork and dealing with work emails before heading out again for an early-ish wander with the woofers. My original plan had been for a walk at Wasdale, but there seemed to be several other people and dogs walking there and I thought it better to head for Lyde instead. It was an uneventful walk, with the dogs doing their usual charging around in the heather and getting as wet and muddy as possible. I took a quick shot towards Kirkwall before heading back to the ranch. Flat light and a grey sky didn't give much in the way of inspiration for photography.
The afternoon has passed watching rugby, whilst waiting for  my beautiful wife to return home from work.
