Proper Pudding

#2 has been very busy, preparing for a pre Christmas Dinner tomorrow with his friends. He decided to have a go at something different, and went for Delia Smith's Sticky Gingerbread Pudding with Ginger Wine and Brandy Sauce. Recipe here, or on page 202 of her Winter Collection cookery book in the Chapter entitled "Proper Puddings".

There was some left over, so we've just been sampling. Delicious.

I won't tell you how many phone calls we had during the day to aid the creation of said pudding!! We were out trying to tick off a few more "C" gifts .... probably just as well.
