Mr Blackbird came down for a chat, unfortunately I didn't have any seeds in my bag.

I was up at RIE today. I spent a lot of the day being anxious, as appt was in the afternoon. Spend ages travelling, but only had to wait a few mins to see the Dr. He had a hand drawing of my legs & explained on that doodle what he is going to do to sort the veins & valve.

Feeling reassured & exhausted.
