Grub time for Maggie

Snapped this carry-on on our lawn desert this morning, blimey that youngster is hungry and makes a hell of a noise. Its bigger that its parent. Incidently, that crevice is the outcome of the 13+ inches of rain we had over a three week period during the winter, they are all over the area, some up to a metre deep.

Gorgeous gorgeous day, 27 degrees - can take plenty of those temperatures.

Late rising and breakfast of omelette and coffee on our terrace, how cool is that - its been a long time coming but feeling pretty smug whilst looking at this :)

Enjoyed a visit from dups & R....lovely to just sit and chat.

Later this afternoon we tackled the garage (again) and we can (but haven't) put two vehicles inside. Still plenty to puddle around with stacked around the walls, but all good progress.

Made my Chrissie cake tonight.....won't be cooked until after 11 pm, might have to have a snooze on the couch.
