Busy day doing housework and preparing myself for Mothers return. Almost forgot to take a bit of blip-time...thank heavens for star performers around the home.

Mother home safe and sound and very tired. Robbie very pleased to see her but it was not reciprocated. First word said to him was N O ! as her went to greet her. He was so excited and took no notice and carried on as though nothing was amiss - unlike moi!!

We enjoyed a very hot day here in Dunedin and when a little rain storm went through about 7.30-ish that sweet smell of rain on hot earth and thirsty botanics was orgasmic. I think it is my very favourite organic odours...that and the smell of fresh mown grass, briny ocean breezes, newborns, fresh sweat .....
