Calm Before The . . .

Another for-the-record shot to remind me of working in this space at IESE Business School. We ran a 90-minute showcase where one exec, a Brit, shared his challenge with his class of 35 . . . assuming an average of ten years work experience each, he drew on a third of a millennium of business experience to help him with it! Very successful, and we then had 14 smaller group sessions immediately thereafter which followed the same process we had role-modelled in class, with another twenty to come tomorrow.

I suppose it’s quite a responsibility to be point-person responsible for seven hours of prime module time (with thirty-five sessions, in total, running concurrently with those hours) in one week in the top-rated business school in the world but all the hard work prepping every one of the challenge presentations is paying off . . . each takes up to 90 minutes to review and give feedback on.
