Better late than never

This is my first slow shutter-speed water effect photo, just squeezed in within a year of owning my first DSLR. It wasn't even intentional as I didn't have my tripod with me, but there was a sturdy bridge to lean on. It looked much better on the screen, but its not too bad for a first attempt! I've admired these from afar so I hope to practice more with my tripod.

Lovely day out at Almond Valley Heritage Centre with the boys. So much to do there, and it was so nice spending the whole day outside in the fresh air. It will definitely be high on the list of places to spend the day in the summer.
