D decided to have a fast day as he'd been slipping slightly on the 800 front. So to avoid taunting him with food I popped round to P. Express - table for one, please! Felt replete for the first time in weeks - and almost dozed off on the sofa, prob due to all the blood rushing to my stomach in excitement.
