Repotted roses

These are the no longer neglected roses from the bottom of the garden.  W has worked really hard today, pruning and repotting them.  Meanwhile, I've continued with the weeding - we're almost there - but of course it's like painting the Forth Bridge - no sooner have I reached the end than the beginning is sprouting weeds again!

I've set the tasks for tomorrow - to sort out the front yard, where there are some broken pots and troughs, with some bulbs and other plants that can probably be rescued, and clear the space for the roses.  They should get more sun where we're putting them, so hoping for a good show of flowers - though it might be optimistic to expect too much from them this year.
