Parcel 2 Go
Photo is just a snap from the walk with Dog. Title refers to a second day when we waited in (Mr L did) all day for Hermes to collect the non functional freezer. We used Parcel2Go, and if anyone is thinking of using it - Don’t. We still have the freezer, despite tweets and direct messages, which seemed to be the only method of communication. They are able to email however because at 8:30 I received no less than 6 emails, all exactly the same inviting me to rebook as they didn’t make it today!
I did find a link to live chat, which has to be done on a desktop, so tomorrow I will set up Mums old laptop and attempt a conversation!
The one positive is that I got to do the weekly shop on my own. So easy without Mr L. List followed, all done in 40 minutes, door to door and £30 cheaper than when he’s with me!
